Lee established Crestwave Solutions in 2015 with a clear objective: to challenge traditional procurement models and transform the way organisations acquire services.

He brings extensive experience from the UK and global IT & telecommunications carrier market, having held a series of senior sales and director-level positions with industry leaders.

At BT/AT&T’s Concert joint venture, Lee was responsible for managing a combined revenue target of £52 million across EMEA and Asia. He later advanced his career with Verizon and Telstra International, where he consistently achieved significant multi-million-pound revenue growth within the enterprise sector.

Lee’s proven expertise in scaling revenues, combined with his strategic vision and leadership, has positioned Crestwave Solutions as a trusted partner for organisations seeking innovative, value-driven solutions.

Richard Gough, Practice Head IT & Telecoms

Richard began his career in telecommunications in 2005 with the City-based reseller Blue Square Telecom. Over the course of eight years, he played a key role in driving the company’s growth, which ultimately led to its acquisition by Six Degrees Group in 2012, primarily for its strong client base and deep relationships within the financial services sector—many of which Richard continues to maintain today.

In 2014, Richard joined Panoptic Technology to help establish its telecoms division. Leveraging his extensive supplier and client relationships, he successfully introduced a broad portfolio of voice and data services to both new and existing clients. Under his leadership, this division achieved rapid growth during his four-year tenure.

Richard joined Crestwave Solutions in 2018, where he now leads the IT and Telecoms division. His customer-focused approach has been instrumental in delivering consistent year-on-year growth. By continually expanding the company’s portfolio of services and solutions, Richard enables clients to benefit from a single, trusted supplier while ensuring the most effective solutions are delivered to meet their evolving requirements.
