Lee Hall
Founder & Managing Director

A vastly experienced Sales Professional, who has delivered multi-million pound results across the UK and Global Telecoms Carrier arena. 

For over 20 years, Lee has held Senior Sales, Managerial and Directorship positions. As Global Account Director for the BT-AT&T venture, Concert, he led the team that achieved a combined revenue of £52 million (EMEA and Pan-Asian Operations). At Verizon and Telstra International, Lee was responsible for delivering similarly significant revenue growth in the Enterprise market space.

With Customers demanding more from vendors rather than delivering “off the shelf solutions”, Lee identified an opportunity to deliver bespoke services and solutions, across a different number of skillsets and practices under one umbrella agreement which has seen Crestwave Solutions grow significantly since it’s inception.

Cliff is a visionary leader, holding professional and managerial roles across diverse market sectors.
Cliff has a wealth of knowledge across all areas of business, holding a number of senior executive positions in corporate and private organisations, notably for the financial sector in the buy and sell side for Financial, Network and Consultancy organisations.

As businesses face ever changing and challenging environments, Cliff has been instrumental in developing the solutions required to support our clients in the ever changing market place.

Group Accountant and Bookkeeper

Julia comes with a wealth of book keeping experience and currently training to become a fully qualified Chartered Accountant.
Julia has been paramount in transforming and streamlining our accounting and billing systems supporting the accelerated growth of the business.
Julia has also been instrumental in setting up Crestwave Solutions Book Keeping and Accountancy offerings to the market.

With a hands on and customer focussed approach, Richard is a strong consulting professional skilled in Managed Services, Voice over IP (VoIP),Session Initiation Protocol (SIP), Cloud & AI services and Business Development.

Richard is responsible for the growth of our IT and Telecoms vertical which has seen substantial growth since January 2018

Kevin is a accomplished and highly experienced project professional with over 25+ years’ experience in the unified communications, banking, insurance, energy trading and technology industry.
Enjoying a progressive career in programme and project management, bid management, customer business analysis engagement, solution design and infrastructure implementation of global enterprise unified communication and information technology solutions for large investment banks, financial institutions and insurance organisations.
Heading up the Crestwave Solutions Compliance line of business to provide customers with industry advice around compliance demands of multimedia capture and advanced cognitive technologies to support the ever-changing risk and compliance landscape.
Also Kevin's invaluable Project Management skills has seen him oversee multiple Real Estate projects.
